Unfamiliar
In the darkness, an unmistakable silhouette,
Walked in to what was, a standing wagon;
The lights came on and you saw,
A familiar face with unknown makeup.
While you stood there, denying recollection,
When the blue gaze returned your reflection;
The nights melted and the day glowed,
A familiar face with unknown makeup.
The hair was darker, and attire greener,
A rebellion from red, you remember as warmer;
The lights came off and drove away,
A familiar face with unknown makeup.
